Our Classes

Three approaches to reformer work, each one solid. Pick the one that matches where you are now, and move from there.

Essentials Reformer

Beginner-friendly and pregnancy-safe. Build strong foundations with clear guidance, slower pacing, and intentional movement. Perfect if you’re new or returning after a break.

Dynamic Reformer

For confident movers ready to flow at a stronger pace with fewer breaks and advanced variations. Creative, challenging, and energising from start to finish.

Pre + Post–Natal Reformer

Gentle, supportive, and empowering. Focus on core strength, posture, alignment, and body awareness. Bring your little one (up to 12 months) or come solo.

All classes are 45 minutes of movement, music, and motivation – your body will thank you.
